First iterative evaluation in Vienna

In April, the project partners Hilfsgemeinschaft and AIT conducted a evaluation workshop with tertiary end users (decision makers from Austrian museums).

We showed the latest version of our third service delivery model “The Screen”, which allows older adults to participate within a virtual guided tour with a remote guide commenting a selection of cultural artefacts. We collected valuable feedback from the participants, e.g., it was suggested to allow older adults to create individual virtual tours beside offering already configured tours. Furthermore, the accessibility features were appreciated.
