Tertiary end user workshop in Viena

Gunther Reisinger (NOUS), Stefanie Chwalko (Hilfsgemeinschaft der Blinden und Sehschwachen Österreichs) and Andreas Sackl (AIT) conducted a workshop with tertiary end-users from museums, in which the service delivery models of BeauCoup were discussed with potential customers and exploitation partners.

Valuable feedback was collected and room for improvements were identified, which will be integrated in the final versions of the service delivery models before the final validation phase of the project will take place. Also feedback for potential business plans and commercial post-project activities was collected.
